Jim and Cathy founded His Heart Missions (HHM) in 1991, to enable their family to serve as missionaries in South America.

After seven years serving in Paraguay and Argentina they moved back to the USA and began to provide legal and spiritual covering, as well as administrative support services for other missionaries serving in different nations.  In August of 2010 Jim & Cathy moved to  Salta, Argentina where they are now working to establish a new HHM mission base, directing mercy work outreaches, and church planting activities in that region.

Jim also continues to serve as the International Director and Senior Pastor for HHM, to travel internationally ministering in churches, conferences, and seminars, as well as coordinating and leading short term mission teams.
