His Heart Missions has been sending short term mission teams into the provinces of Salta and Jujuy in the Andes Mountains of Northwestern Argentina since 2004. We have seen the Lord do so many things and open so many doors and opportunities for ministry that we are planning to establish a permanent HHM mission base in the capital city of Salta in 2010.

Although the capital of Salta is a sophisticated city founded in the 1600’s there are many towns and villages throughout the province with no protestant church of any kind. HHM believes we have a call to train leaders, and plant churches in this region where hundreds of towns and villages have no viable Christian witness.

HHM has also been able to bless the people of this region through many acts of mercy done in the name of Jesus. We have conducted free eye glass and medical clinics, donated medical supplies and equipment to local hospitals, facilitated cleft palate surgeries, water filtration projects, clothes, and food. We will continue to seek ways to bless the people of this region, and endeavor to demonstrate the great love our Heavenly Father has for them in practical ways which they can understand.
