San Antonio de Los Cobres

Arsenic Water Filtration Project

NEWLY RELEASED! The full Troubled Waters Video is now available! (1 Hour 14 minutes)

San Antonio de Los Cobres is a town of approximately 6,000 inhabitants located in the Andes Mountains of northwestern Argentina at 13,800 feet above sea level.

When His Heart Missions discovered that the town’s municipal drinking water had over twenty-five times the legal limit of arsenic we felt we must do something.

It was a difficult and costly process that took years to complete, but with the cooperation of Aguas del Norte, and AdEdge Technologies, HHM was able to provide an arsenic filtration plant for the people of this remote Andean town.
